Cancelling a subscription

Cancel any time from your dashboard or the payment provider's customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; you are not charged again.

Refunds

[Decide your policy, e.g. “Refunds are available within N days of purchase if the client does not work on a supported setup.” Check it against consumer law where you sell: in some countries buyers of digital content have a withdrawal right unless they agreed to immediate delivery.]

Refunds are issued by our payment provider to the original payment method.

What a refund changes

  • Cancelling ends access at the end of the period you paid for.
  • A refunded payment does not by itself cancel the subscription; ask support to cancel it too.
  • A chargeback ends the license while the dispute is open.
  • Discord roles granted by the license are removed.

Not grounds for a refund

Being banned from a server for using modules that its rules forbid.
